Four ways to close the year here.
They stand on their own, but they run into each other just as well. Drinks that turn into dinner, a dinner that ends on the dance floor: it’s the same evening, in the same room, and nobody has to move on.

Sit-down Christmas dinner
Together at the table, by candlelight. A festive menu from our own kitchen, served in courses. Also at one long, atmospheric table for the whole party.

Walking dinner
Stay on your feet, move around, speak to everyone. The dishes travel through the room instead of a fixed seating plan. Informal, and nobody spends the whole evening beside the same colleague.

Party with a DJ or live band
After dinner the tables rise hydraulically, the lighting drops a shade and the DJ or the band takes over. Dinner and party run into each other seamlessly, in the same room.
We put this season’s packages and prices together per enquiry, based on the party and the date. Ask us and we’ll send a proposal that fits.

The room was built from the first brick to move with the evening. No outside hire, no separate quotes for sound or lighting, and complete freedom in styling and music.

Scene 04Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum number of guests?
From around 20 guests we put together a separate setup with your own part of the venue and your own menu. With a smaller party you’re simply welcome at the table, so let us know and we’ll have it ready.
How many guests can you host?
Up to 350 guests. The room was built to move with the evening, so a party of thirty feels just as much at home in it.
Can we hire the venue exclusively?
Yes, the entire venue can be hired exclusively. The whole evening is yours then, from the entrance to the bar. Just let us know the date you have in mind.
Can we carry on with music and dancing after dinner?
Yes, and that’s exactly where this venue stands apart. We’re in the Houthavens, an area with no immediate neighbours, so we don’t have to wind the evening down halfway through. Midweek that runs until 01:00, on Friday and Saturday until 03:00.
Can we choose the styling and the music ourselves?
Complete freedom. Your own DJ, a live band, a theme or styling of your own: it can all be done. Stage, lighting and sound are built into the building, so a DJ simply plugs into the system.
Are different menus and packages possible?
Yes. Everything comes from our own kitchen and we build the menu around the party: from bar snacks to a dinner in courses, as a walking dinner or at one long table. We put this season’s packages together per enquiry.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements and allergies?
Pass them on with your enquiry and the kitchen will take them into account. It helps to know beforehand how many guests there are and what the evening involves.
Can we organise only a year-end drinks reception?
Certainly. Drinks with snacks and a drinks package can stand alone, without dinner afterwards.
Is parking available?
There’s a car park with seven hundred spaces right next door. Nobody has to drive around looking.
Can we come and see the venue first?
We’d like that. We’ll show you around and talk it through on the spot. Mention it with your enquiry and we’ll find a moment. A first meeting comes with no cost and no obligation.
