Shift Leader
Independent front of house team member · 30–36 hours a week
What will you be doing?
- You work the floor alongside the team
- You lead the team during your shift
- You keep an eye on quality and the guest experience
- You make sure everything on the floor runs smoothly
- You are the point of contact for guests and colleagues
Who are we looking for?
You’ve got hospitality experience, you get stuck in and you stay calm when it gets busy. You’re sociable, you take responsibility, and you get your energy from working together and from happy guests.
